    At this time, Monday Mental Health does not prescribe controlled substances.

  • Supportive check-ins to reflect on progress, adjust treatment when needed, and maintain continuity over time.

1. Request an Appointment
Begin by submitting a brief appointment request through our secure portal. Monday Mental Health provides telehealth psychiatric care for adults (19+) located in Alabama.

2. Complete a Screening
A short screening helps us understand your needs and determine whether our services are the right fit. This step allows us to provide care thoughtfully, ethically, and with intention.

3. Meet Your Provider
If appropriate, you’ll be invited to meet with a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for a focused, evidence-based evaluation and ongoing care tailored to you. Keep an eye on your email.

Monday Mental Health provides outpatient psychiatric care via telehealth. We do not provide emergency or crisis services.
